These companies’ sales volume took up 49.82% of the city’s total sales, said the report.
The 19th selection of Shenzhen renowned brands was held between April and August last year. Some 308 companies registered for the selection, involving 50 industries such as smart consumption equipment, computer communication, new materials, supply chain, clothing, furniture, batteries and jewelry.
Companies from other cities such as Beijing, Foshan, Huizhou and Dongguan also submitted applications for the latest selection.
The brands being selected as the trusted international brands will be further examined by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) after the public review, according to Shenzhen Special Zone Daily. (Shenzhen Daily)
