Shenzhen sailor Zhang Cheng competes on the waters off Hong Kong during the Hong Kong Race Week 2023 on Sunday. Zhang Cheng, a young sailor dispatched by the Chen Jinhao Sailing Club, finished first place in an Optimist Main fleet with 12-year-old competitors during the race. Huang Sirui, also from Shenzhen, won second place in another Optimist Main fleet with 10-year-old competitors. The three-day contest attracted nearly 240 teen sailors from 12 countries and regions to compete. (Shenzhen Daily)
